1. Which form of payment can i utilize for my online purchase?ANS: We gladly accept Credit and Debit cards with the Verve® and Master card® logo. If you do not have enough funds on the Credit/Debit card to cover your order, you may either may a bank transfer or pay for your order on delivery.

ANS: Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling 234-802-752-9052. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.

      1. If i place order online, how long does it take to ship?

ANS:Most of the items listed on our site are available in our Fulfillment Centers. Our goal is to deliver your package within the expected shipping time frames.

      1. If i send a gift to someone, do i get a copy of my invoice?

ANS: Invoices are sent by email and also enclosed within the package. Once your order has shipped and you wish to obtain a copy of your invoice, please feel free to email us at info@lolasnest.com.ng or call us at 234-802-752-9052. We would be more than happy to mail you a copy of your invoice. In the event that you do not want us to enclose invoice, fill the optional instruction box on the checkout page.

      1. When i place an order online, why do i need to include my email address?

ANS: An email address is requested so that after you successfully place your order, you receive an order confirmation with your order details and order number.
